LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE SUBSTITUTES: Combine all ingredients from first part of the recipe under Low Sodium Soy Sauce Substitute in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes until the liquid is reduced to about 1 cup. Place the sauce in a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
