BBQ Low Sodium Chicken Thigh


8 Chicken Thigh All Natural

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup Swanson unsalted chicken brooth

1/2 tsp black pepper

Robin's barbecue sauce recipe 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease a 9x13 glass baking dish.  

Place chicken thighs skin side up in the dish.  

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper over chicken.  

Add 1/2 cup of unsalted chicken broth to dish.  

Brush BBQ sauce over chicken thighs and cover with foil and bake for about 30-40  minutes depending on the size of the thighs. 

Remover cover and discard juices.  

Add more BBQ sauce to both sides of the chicken and continue to cook with skin side up for an additional 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is tender and the BBQ sauce begins to caramelized.
