Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

(Low Sodium)


This is a great on the go snack with a wonderful flavor and crunch.  


Ingredients:

5 cup, Oats
1 Cup, Chocolate Morsels
1/2 Cup, Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup, Roasted No Salt Almonds
1/2 cup, Golden California Seedless Raisins
2/3 cup, Bertolli olive oil
1/2 cup, Brown Sugar, packed
2/3 cup, Honey
2 tsp(s), Vanilla extract


Instructions:


Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.  

Add all other ingredients and stir well.   


Line a 9x13 baking dish with lightly greased parchment paper.  

Place oat mixture in the pan and press evenly until the oats are evenly distributed and flat.  


Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cook and serve.
